This class is a fusion of pranayama, asana & mindfulness meditation, perfect in this holy month of Ramadan.
Our bodies find it’s way to detoxify every single day, however from time to time we need a little nudge in the right direction.
Here, we will be doing yoga sequence that will help stimulate your digestive, circulatory & lymphatic system to get rid of waste and toxins in the body.
Breathing exercise will guide us thru those poses and at the same time helps to clear our mind and stay centered.
Honey is an ocean lover who found healing thru her yoga & meditation practice and she is here to share this wonderful practice with us.
